The XP 11-inch FMF search coil is the balanced, everyday coil choice for detectorists who want more ground coverage than the 9-inch coil without moving to the larger and heavier 13-inch × 11-inch coil. Its round 28 cm design is well suited to coins, jewelry, relics and beach hunting.
This is a complete replacement or additional coil package—not just a bare search coil. XP supplies the coil cover, lower stem and mounting hardware so switching coils is faster and easier.

This D28FMF coil was introduced for the XP DEUS II platform. XP’s newer ICON and ICON-X detectors also support the DEUS II FMF coil ecosystem, but available programs, individual frequencies, battery estimates and waterproof limits are controlled by the complete detector configuration.
ICON and ICON-X owners: Contact Bart before ordering so we can verify the correct lower stem and configuration for your detector. The 20-meter rating applies to the coil itself; the waterproof limit of the complete detector is determined by the controller, headphones and accessories being used.
