XP Deus II Metal Detector Features and Performance

The XP Deus II is a next-generation, fully wireless, simultaneous multi-frequency metal detector. Using XP’s patented wireless radio protocol, the coil, remote control, headphones, and compatible accessories communicate without the cables found on ordinary detectors.

Target information from the search coil is transmitted immediately, providing fast response, accurate target identification, excellent recovery speed, and impressive target separation in iron and trash. The XP Deus II is built for coins, relics, jewelry, beaches, fields, parks, old home sites, mineralized ground, and underwater hunting.

Built for Land & Sea — Waterproof to 20 m (66 ft)

The XP Deus II remote control and search coil are IP68 waterproof rated to 20 meters or 66 feet when properly prepared with the correct sealing cap and underwater equipment. This applies to appropriately equipped full-remote setups; the rainproof WS6 and WS6-ST Master modules should not be submerged. Contact Bart before buying a setup for diving.

With FMF® Fast Multi-Frequency technology and frequencies from 4 to 45 kHz, plus 49 selectable single frequencies, the Deus II delivers excellent sensitivity, target separation, iron discrimination, and depth in mineralized soil and wet salt conditions.

XP Deus II FMF Programs & Frequency Range

Choose from powerful factory programs for general detecting, trashy sites, parks, beaches, relics, gold fields, and diving. Run simultaneous multi-frequency FMF or select a single frequency from 4–45 kHz for specialized conditions.

Program behavior can vary according to settings, coil selection, soil, mineralization, and site conditions. Refer to the latest XP Deus II manual for complete operating information.

XP Deus II Package Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get the 20% XP sale price?

Select your coil and package above. The displayed price for an eligible configuration already includes the discount; no code is needed. The promotion runs through November 8.

How many XP Deus II configurations are available on this page?

There are 21 packages: 15 full-remote packages plus 6 WS6 Master packages. All are available with a 9-inch, 11-inch, or 13-inch × 11-inch FMF coil.

Do all 21 packages include the XP Deus II remote control?

No. The 15 full-remote packages include the XP Deus II remote control. The 6 WS6 Master packages do not include the full remote; the WS6 or WS6-ST module serves as the main controller.

Which package model numbers do not include wireless headphones?

DEUS2-22FMFRCEA, DEUS2-28FMFRCEA, and DEUS2-34FMFRCEA do not include wireless headphones.

How much are the XP Deus II packages?

Pricing depends on your selected controller/headphone setup. Choose your coil size and package in the product options above to see its current price and availability. Eligible sale prices already include the discount.

What is the difference between WSA-ST and WSA-XL ST?

WSA-ST headphones use a compact, lightweight, foldable backphone design. WSA-XL ST headphones use a larger, full-size design that provides more ear coverage and helps isolate outside noise.

What is the difference between the older WS6 and the newer WS6-ST?

The older WS6 is the legacy mono-audio model with a screen and control module. The newer WS6-ST adds XP’s stereo audio system. On this page, both are available in full-remote configurations, and there are also separate WS6 Master and WS6-ST Master packages that do not include the full DEUS II remote.

What is different about WS6-ST headphones?

The WS6-ST includes a display and control module in addition to stereo audio. It can act as headphones with the full remote control or provide additional control flexibility in compatible XP configurations.

What are the six WS6 Master model numbers?

The mono Master packages are DEUS2-22FMFWS6E, DEUS2-28FMFWS6E, and DEUS2-34FMFWS6E. The stereo Master packages are DEUS2-22FMFWS6STE, DEUS2-28FMFWS6STE, and DEUS2-34FMFWS6STE.

What is the difference between a full-remote DEUS II and a WS6 Master package?

A full-remote DEUS II package includes the separate waterproof DEUS II remote control. A WS6 Master package leaves out the full remote and uses the WS6 or WS6-ST module as the main detector controller, creating a lighter and lower-priced setup.

Which coil is the best all-around choice?

The 11-inch FMF coil is generally the most versatile all-around choice. The 9-inch favors maneuverability and separation, while the 13-inch × 11-inch favors coverage in open ground.

Can the wireless headphones be used while diving?

Standard wireless signals do not transmit normally underwater. Diving requires the proper XP underwater antenna arrangement and compatible underwater headphones such as the XP BH-01.

Can I choose different package options?

Yes. Contact Bart before ordering to discuss the right package for you, especially if you already have a pinpointer or want a different setup. Chat below, call 405-206-9010, send a text, or email bart@bigboyshobbies.net before ordering.
