  2. Update on shipping and Nokta Makro Simplex Metal Detector now with Auto and manual ground balance!

    Based on feedbacks received from our Nokta Makro customers at many events from users as well as customers reaching out to us through forums and emails, we (Nokta Makro) decided to incorporate both auto and manual ground balancing to the device. The Field and Park modes still can be used without ground balancing in many areas but for experienced users and tough conditions, ground balancing can now be done automatically as well as manually.

     

    This has been the major update on the device along with some other minor changes.

  3. Back to School is the best time to get out and metal detect!

    Every year around this time, many parents rejoice at the prospect of a bit of peace and quiet while their little ones head off back to school. For metal detectorists, back to school is usualy the green light to get out and start hunting those once packed parks and beaches!

    As many of you know, September usually brings in some cooler weather and even a bit of much needed rain, if you've ever tried to detect on fields during the summer, you know how much of a challenge digging in dry dirt can be. Back to school time is the perfect opportunity to get into metal detecting if you've been considering it as a hobby, almost all of the parks that have been bustling during the summer vacation months will be deserted, leaving you all alone to dig up any treasures that may have been left behind.
